Marine Robotics · Based in Egypt
We are a marine robotics company building a platform of hydrofoil hardware, embedded systems, and AI localization algorithms moving marine robots one step closer to full autonomy and efficient mobility.
The Platform
Composite carbon/glass structures and modular propulsion systems engineered as the physical platform for control-system validation and field data collection.
A closed-loop flight-stabilization controller IMU, sensors, real-time foil-angle adjustment keeping marine robots stable, efficient, and controllable at speed.
Onboard localization stack that fuses sensor data to give each unit accurate, real-time awareness of its position and environment a core step toward autonomous operation.
Validation Testbed
An electric hydrofoil built to validate aifast's embedded systems and AI localization stack under real operating conditions. Every unit generates the data that drives the platform forward.
Roadmap & Vision
PHASE 01
Prototype #3 validation. In-house flight-stabilization controller v1. Localization algorithm baseline.
PHASE 02
Testbed fleet deployed. Full telemetry per unit battery, sensor, and localization data feeding the platform.
PHASE 03
Hydrofoil + control-system retrofits for ferries and small boats first commercial platform application.
PHASE 04
Autonomous inspection for offshore energy infrastructure. Larger vessels. Greater autonomy.
Founding Team
Mohamad Elbadrawy leads the platform architecture and control-systems direction, while co-founder Yosef contributes hardware design, embedded systems, and SLAM implementation on real devices. The company is built around robotics and marine autonomy from the ground up.
