Roadmap & Vision

From a validated efoil to a regional marine-robotics platform

Four phases take aifast from prototype validation to a fleet-telemetry platform business, with the electric hydrofoil as the first commercial product proving the technology.

Phase 1

In progress

Validate

  • Prototype #3 reliability and manufacturability validation
  • Begin in-house flight-stabilization controller (v1)

Phase 2

Next

Fleet

  • Rental/testing fleet deployed to resorts and watersports clubs
  • Telemetry on every unit: battery health, usage hours, GPS/geofencing, predictive maintenance
  • Internal ops dashboard for fleet management

Phase 3

Upcoming

Produce

  • Serial production begins
  • Manufacturing line designed for automation / robotics-assisted production from the start
  • Direct sales to resorts and marinas

Phase 4

Upcoming

Expand

  • Regional expansion across MENA
  • B2B fleet-telemetry dashboard product for resort/marina partners a second, higher-margin revenue line
  • Long-term technology roadmap toward larger hydrofoil vessels

Long-Term Vision — Not a Current Product

The same control-system IP, applied to larger vessels

aifast's flight-stabilization and telemetry platform is designed to extend beyond a single recreational board. Over the long term, the roadmap points toward larger hydrofoil vessels for example, short-hop electric hydrofoil ferries for Red Sea resort routes, Nile transport, or Gulf coastal cities. This is an aspirational, long-horizon direction for the technology, not a product being built today.
